James Siegrist  is a California based Criminal Defense Attorney.  He has been successfully defending DUI's and all types of criminal cases throughout Southern California for close to 30 years.

     He has two main office locations- San Diego County and Orange County. He resolves cases in courts all over California.

     He graduated from UCLA with a Degree in Psychology and earned his Law Degree at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, which was recently renamed as UC College of the Law San Francisco.  He has also studied at the International Institute of Law at the University of Leiden, The Netherlands, as well as the Institute of International and Comparative Law at the University of Guanajuato, Mexico.
